Our Services
In a Craniosacral Therapy session, a safe environment for the client is created, with the intention to support, calm the system, and release restrictions. Skilled therapists listen deeply to the fluctuations of the cerebral spinal fluid; hearing the patterns in the body with its innate intelligence and desire to resolve stresses, illness and trauma. Craniosacral therapy combines gentle touch and awareness to encourage regulation of the nervous systems, release of old patterns and restrictions held in the connective tissues and fascia, allowing the body to return to its natural state of balance. Practitioners may have hands on the head, sacrum, feet of the fully clothed client with a light listening touch and neutral perception. As experienced therapists, we hold space for the body, with a light touch—from a place of our own grounded stillness and skill.

New Client Session
Craniosacral Therapy is gentle and non-invasive. The therapist will ask about your medical history, current symptoms, and reasons for seeking craniosacral therapy to understand your specific needs and goals. You will lie on a massage table, fully clothed, with the therapist applying very light pressure to different areas of your body, including your head, neck, and sacrum. The therapist will palpate your body to sense the subtle movement of the cerebrospinal fluid, looking for any restrictions or imbalances in the craniosacral system. You might feel subtle movements, warmth, tingling, or a release of tension in specific areas of your body.

Adult Session
Many of us have a current or past injuries from sports, falls, strains, auto accidents, and traumatic experiences. These events can create ongoing poor mobility, pain, depression, and anxiety that can sometimes last a lifetime. A key component and important addition to any health program is Craniosacral Therapy.

Pediatric Session
Is your baby experiencing discomfort, latching difficulties, or excessive fussiness? Craniosacral therapy for babies & infants (CST) might be a gentle solution worth exploring. This safe and non-invasive technique uses light touch to address tensions in the tissues surrounding your baby's head, spine, and sacrum. Often associated with birth trauma recovery, CST can also benefit infants with colic, feeding challenges, and even plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome).
Children rest fully clothed on a massage table or in my lap or their parent’s lap. Sometimes children sit, crawl, walk, stand or play with toys on the floor during the treatment. They don’t need to hold still.
